Sec. 27-81.  Intent - District S-R.

The Suburban Residential District (S-R) is intended to provide for large lot, single-family dwelling development.  This district is intended to provide a generally stable residential area with such supporting community services as parks, playgrounds, schools and religious assemblies.  Existing S-R district zoning will remain and comply with the below standards, but no property shall be newly zoned S-R following September 6, 2022.
