The Royal Oaks Rent-to-Own Tax Credit development is located in Woodland Park, sitting East of the grade school and near the water tower on Meadow Lane, Englewood, and Forest Drive. This development includes 14 ranch style homes, all of which are 4 bedroom, 2 bath, and 2 car garages. Persons interested in this development must be income eligible, interested in becoming a homeowner, complete a REACH class regarding home ownership, develop and follow a home ownership plan with goals, and live in the home for a minimum of one year before a home ownership opportunity can be available. No pets and no smoking allowed.
