The Mission of the City of Norfolk is to "provide
quality public services in an effective and efficient manner to enhance the common good
and quality of life including citizen involvement".
This small park is comprised of approximately 1/5 of an acre and
is located east of Victory Road. Amenities include: small
playground, basketball court, picnic table and a barbeque grill.
Revovated playground area completed on October 11, 2010.
