The Mission of the City of Norfolk is to "provide
quality public services in an effective and efficient manner to enhance the common good
and quality of life including citizen involvement".
This park is comprised of almost 4.3 acres and is located along
North 4th Street and north of Elm Street and east of the Norfolk
Public High School along the North Fork of the Elkhorn River.
Amenities include: 3 lighted tennis courts, a small playground and 2
lighted basketball courts that can be flooded for ice skating in the
winter.
